this dates back to Monday, 21st June. an unfortunate incident, a bad fall, a sharp bike pedal digging into the flesh. fleshwound. blood . then a flurry of events.applied first aid. searched for medical help. nearest being about a klick away. as if to mock me further, the nearest medical help was closed for dinner break as my friends and i cycled there. distraught. blood loss. contacted my parents. took a bus, then squeezed with the peak hour crowd on the train, all the while leaking some blood.
finally, met with parents. went to hospital. accident and emergency. waited. diagnosed. stitched up. 5 sutures. bandaged. limped home. not to mention, a ticking off by my dad... what a bad day...
